This Role:

2024 is an exciting year for our brand, and we are looking for a creative multi-tasker that is super organized, values aligned and can support the everyday marketing operations of the business so we can supercharge brand awareness and sales.

This position will be focused on supporting our team to create a high volume of high quality content that celebrates our products and vision and really resonates with customers.

What to Expect - Day One:

This role is based in Berry NSW and will include occasional trips to Sydney for Product Demonstrations and content shoots.

We are looking for someone who is as excited about our products and impact as we are and is wanting to share that with the world! This role is all about increasing the volume and quality of our communication with customers and building new audiences online.

The day-to-day will include a blend of marketing, production, and admin.

You will need to be comfortable with copywriting, social media production and scheduling, and be willing to learn new skills fast.

You'll be reporting to and supported by our Co-Founder & Head of Brand and collaborating closely with our small but mighty team.

Duties:

Creative & Socials

  • Supporting the Founder and Head of Brand to create and produce digital content with our primary channels being Instagram, LinkedIn, EDMs and our web site. We also publish to TikTok and Facebook. 
  • Production support for product shoots: sourcing props, holding product on film or adjusting camera position or lights.
  • Improving drafts or rough concepts for social media content, spell check captions, enhanced hashtags and scheduling of all social media posts.
  • Saving videos, b-rolls and brand images in a tidy library so we can access and re-package content quickly.
  • Planning social content in our Marketing Calendar (google sheet) so that we have regular social media and edm content planned, produced, and scheduled every week
  • While most of our content will be shot in-house, occasionally you will be booking videographers, photographers, and podcast studios for quarterly campaigns and store launches.
  • Monitoring social media trends and pitching creative concepts.
  • Tracking trending clips on Instagram to support reach.
  • iPhone b-roll shots of our in-stores and products. 
Marketing:
  • Outreach to brands for social media collaborations and coordinating this in the schedule.
  • Outreach to the media, pitching stories and raising the profile of the brand. 
  • Pitching founders for keynotes, panels, and podcasts.
  • Researching and presenting great content collaborators that are brand and values aligned.
  • Emails and follow-up calls to retailers to present the brand for consideration.
  • In-store stock checks and merchandising support.
  • Supporting the production of marketing brochures and EDMs.
  • Basic page edits on our Shopify store to keep product information updated, optimized and fresh.
  • Running basic reports on Shopify and socials to track reach, engagement, and sales metrics so we can make data informed decisions on content. 
  • VIP Boxes and product sampling mail-outs.
  • Configuring Klaviyo, cleaning email lists and segments.
  • Events & In-store Demonstrations:
  • Coordinating logistics, bookings, and marketing collateral for our events and retail demonstrations.
  • Sourcing locations and running logistics for product launches.


General Admin & Office Support:

From time to time we all chip in, this will include tidying the office, running for supplies, reconciling expenses, updating CRM and customer support. While founders run their own diary, you may be called upon to reschedule appointments when founders are on the road or to generally support team schedules. 

Tools and platforms we use, and you will need to either know, or learn fast: 

Klaviyo, Shopify, SemRush, Canva, Monday, Adobe, Meta & Google Suite.
